I am an attorney with over 25 years of experience in business and franchise law. I have an MBA degree and some common sense to go with it. Most of my practice involves helping start-up and developing franchisors, franchisees, and other business owners. I also work in the areas of real property law and trademarks. I do both transactional work and litigation. If I do not have the exact legal skills that you need, then I know where to get you help.

I have worked with hundreds of businesses over the years, including high tech, low tech, successes, and failures. I am licensed and practice in both California and Hawaii.
